Track Your TV Show Progress with Dropout Progress Chrome Extension
Dropout Progress is a free Chrome extension developed by bladtman.extends. This handy tool allows you to keep track of your TV show progress, specifically the season and episode you are currently watching. It helps you remember which episodes you have already seen in a season and how far you've made into a given episode.
One important thing to note is that the extension can only track your progress since installation. It will not display any progress you made before installing the extension. Unfortunately, this feature is not expected to change in future versions. However, the extension does provide a convenient way to mark a season as watched by clicking the dropout-progress menu in the season listings.
The latest version, 3.0.1, fixed a bug related to importing with overwrite that could not remove season episode progress. Versionintroduced an extension options page, allowing users to import and export stored progress to a file, which can be helpful when switching to another browser like Firefox. Versionadded the ability to hide the new built-in vimeo OTT progress bars, while versionfixed the name on the season-control dropdown and improved time-sync to the Chrome profile. Versionintroduced the season-control dropdown, which enables users to mark a season as watched or new. Lastly, versiononly blackouts episodes that have been at least 94 percent finished, and it also includes some style improvements.
If you're looking for a simple and efficient way to keep track of your TV show progress on Chrome, Dropout Progress is a reliable and user-friendly extension that can help you stay organized.
